GIFTED N FITTED was founded by former University of Washington and University of Hawaii football standout Taz Stevenson. This Hawaii native is blessed for his athletic accomplishments, but is most passionate about this training platform to fulfill his purpose of helping others.

Our Vision

Gifted N Fitted is dedicated to help individuals explore their utmost potential by providing high quality coaching with high quality rewards through exercising the body, the mind, and the gifts that God has provided. We aim to ENCOURAGE, EDUCATE, and INSPIRE by providing understanding of the body and differentiate the right and wrong ways to eat, think, and train in a simple and habit forming manner. We strongly believe that God has given us all gifts and it is important to exercise those gifts through specialized and explosive speed, quickness, mobility, and strength training. We EXPECT nothing less than hard work, dedication, and commitment. Our goal is to coach each individual physically and mentally to prepare them for their next level of competition and in life with the hopes that they surpass their goals and become leaders in their communities!
